The work
Start with the operating path, not the tool.
I look at how the work happens today: who touches it, which systems are involved, where the handoffs live, what exceptions show up, and what someone still has to check before the result can be trusted.
Then we pick the smallest task worth building around. The point is not to automate everything. The point is to make one important loop easier to run, easier to measure, and harder to drop.

Why me
I build systems where reliability is the product.
My current work is agent infrastructure on Kubernetes: Minato, Calvin, self-hosted LLM inference, MCP tooling, skills-as-code, and cloud/on-prem deployment paths.
That background matters because business AI usually breaks in the operational details: ownership, access, logging, fallback paths, human review, and deployment.
